Deleting a .7z file ? gaming computer builder

Please point me in the right direction if im in the wrong place etc.

Im trying to delete a .7z file, but im getting 'The action can't be completed because the file is open in 7z SFX; close the file and try again'

Have i messed up? how can i close? i suspect it may be malware
