Can somebody tell me what this is? gaming computer builder

I don't know if this is the right sub. But if it is wrong please can someone link me to it?

So I found this and I wonder what is it. When I plug it into my computer it says PC Camera and it cannot find the driver.

It has no markings on it and I don't have a single cable to it except for USB to USB Type B that connects it to the computer.
