Need help getting into BIOS gaming computer builder

I need help on getting into the BIOS settings when my PC is starting up, i overclocked my GPU too much and my PC will no longer start up, Microsoft said to update bios in the bios settings, how do i get into the bios settings when my PC is booting up, (Win 10)
