How is this pc for gaming? gaming computer builder

I am already set on buying a pc Pre built rather than building one myself. How is this PC for gaming? ( http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1JMLFH )

It is going to be a gaming pc. I want something that will be able to run everything at max settings 60+ FPS for the foreseeable future.

Budget is around 2.3k

I don't know much about computers in general. I have done a decent amount of research. The main things I have a concern about is the soundcard, motherboard, Ram, and liquid cooling system. Again this PC is for running all games at max settings 60+ FPS.
