Looking to upgrade my 10+ year old desktop... gaming computer builder

I am currently STILL using my Dell desktop: windows 7, i7 (930 @ 2.67GHz), 6 GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4600 graphics.

It still works, surprisingly "ok."

I want to upgrade. Mainly use it to edit photos, some small videos, minor music. Might want to do some gaming on it. Can probably stay at 1080p?

Should I just grab a prebuilt? I'm not so sure I trust myself to build my own. Even though it sounds interesting.

I'd like to get something that would be comparable to my current in this day in age. If that makes any sense?
