Hello, Reddit! Recently I was discussing when you delete a file, it doesn't actually delete it but rather removes the files location from the 'master table' of the hard drive. It isn't until the data is written with something else that the file is deleted. This is why, for example, you area able to recover software (i.e. Recuva). However, I would like more clarity on this subject. Reddit, could you provide more light to this process? Thank you for even reading =D
