So I use a Logitech G231 headset on my current laptop which is running on Windows 7, and it works perfectly fine. But as soon as I tried to use it on my brother's laptop which is running on Windows 8, it suddenly starts acting up. The quality is lower, and it plays back system sound through the microphone. I'm thinking it might have something to do with the Windows 8 laptop using the Beats Audio software but I'm unsure. Some help on how to fix this issue would be appreciated.
