My laptop is running Windows 10, and recently has been running incredibly slow, opening Command Prompt windows for a split second, which disappear on their own, on startup, and opening resource.dll in IE. I think it's malware or a virus of some kind, but in any case I want to completely reinstall windows because I wish to repurpose the machine to a school/work computer. Is there any way that I can do this while maintaining the licenses I have for my software, including Microsoft Office Home & Student and Sony Movie Studio 13? Could I put those programs on a flash drive? Or is there another solution to my desire to clean the computer completely?
