After I reset the BIOS, laptop keyboard stop working. Help! gaming computer builder

Good Day everyone! I hope someone can help me. My laptop is Asus x556uf with win10 as OS. Here is a little background:

My laptop wont boot unless I press anykey which irritates me most of the time. Upon searching the web I found out that the solution is simply to reset the BIOS to default which what I did. Everything works fine after I restart, the problem no longer occured. However, my laptop keyboard stop working aswell. I tried the following but none seems worked for me:

  1. I went to device manager to uninstall the keyboard and scan for hardware changes. Tried to update the software aswell.

  2. I tried to reset the bios again. Tweak on some settings but nothing worked.

  3. Tried to enter to safe mode and do the no. 1 but nothing happen.

I believe this is a software issue since my laptop keyboard works fine on BIOS and in safe mode.

I hope someone can help me.

Thank you very much.

Update

Upon checking my laptop again Ive found out that keyboard works fine during a normal start up of laptop (pressing the power button) however, during restart the keyboard will no longer work. Thus, if I have to install something I need to turn off and on the laptop for it to work.
