Hey there, fellow redditors!
I am a partially paid, partially wannabe-writer... meaning, I get paid to write, but I wanna write something else and I guess that's the eternal struggle for every scribe out there - which is so not the point!
Now, I am looking for a new laptop/ultrabook/chromebook/somethingalongtheselines (scratch wrong/irrelevant options) and it's really hard to actually make a choice. Now, I am not technologically handicapped, I know a few things about a decent PCs and portables, still a gamer when I can (console only, though, sorry about that Pc master race) but this search has been particularly time consuming and exhausting. I have no idea what I'd need and what I could rely on.
Definitely need something easy to carry anywhere, something I can whip out on a tube or at lunch, home or work or vacay. At the same time, it has to be fairly quick and reliable, with decent battery life. Don't want something I'd need to replace within a year or something that will start dying on me quickly, freezing, etc.
Any suggestions, peeps?
