Hey guys, kinda new to Reddit so not 100% sure where to post this, (sorry in advance if its the wrong place) basically i'm having an issue with my current gaming PC, i recently upgraded my GPU from a GTX 780 to a 1080, and ever since I've been getting weird FPS drops and spikes in games like FO4 and GTA V. (Ultra and Maxed settings) the FPS dips alot when in the city 30-ish fps and sometimes even FO4 will cap my FPS between 19-20 or lower, basically bringing he game to a crawl. Is this normal for these games? When playing Doom on Nightmare settings the FPS is between 100-200 depending where i am.
My current specs are:
I7-4770k 3.5ghz (no oc) GPU: GTX 1080 1TB HDD 24GB RAM
