Purchased an Acer laptop - upgraded the screen to 1080p, replaced HDD with SSD, should I dual SSD or SSD + HDD? gaming computer builder

So I purchased an Acer E5-573-58ZF for $110 brand new (Specs in case you're wondering are i5 4210u, intel HD 4400, 8gb DDR3L, 1TB HDD, 1366x768 15.6" LCD)

I've since upgraded the screen to a 1080p screen (installation was SUPER easy and it was only $37) and also switched the hard drive to a 256gb SSD. Now I've ordered a second hard drive caddy from Amazon for $9, should I do the 256gb SSD + the 1TB HDD or should I do two 256gb SSDs? (For costs the second SSD isn't adding much only $25)

For best battery performance I'm assuming the dual SSDs would be best?
