He currently has an all in one PC that he bought two years ago and as cool and neat as it is having everything in one place, it runs like absolute crap and isn't worth half the money they paid for it. I'd like to surprise my dad and get his a moderately priced PC that operates quite fast. He only really uses it for browsing the web and writing out documents but the rest of my family sometimes use it for more technical usage. I'm not looking to build him a big gaming rig or something like that, just something that operates pretty quickly, any suggestions :)?
