Ping used to be lower than it is now gaming computer builder

I have no idea if this is the right subreddit for this stuff, but anyways

I play Titanfall 2 a lot and I was pretty happy with my ping of 30ish. I realized one day that my ping started getting really high and fluctuating at 100-200, I managed to fix it because I had a program open that I installed. I closed it in task manager but now my ping is around 60-80
