Looking for a LAPTOP that will run League of Legends on MAX gaming computer builder

I am in the market for a new laptop, and thought I would check with people on here to see if anyone has any suggestions. I am looking for a laptop under $1000, that can run league at MAX settings and over 100 frames (144 would be ideal). I have a desktop rig which I custom built for this purpose, here are the specs on that: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/chughes10/saved/JyfgXL. I want a laptop that runs similar specs if possible, but I know that processors and GPU's don't necessarily run parallel between desktops and laptops. I have looked at some Dell Inspirons, like this one : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015PYZ0J6/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER, and the specs look decent but it also seems to be subject to user experience. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

EDIT: I am looking for a Windows-based system, not a Macbook.
