New computer slowing down gaming computer builder

I built this computer about a month ago and until today it was running fine. I could run Just Cause 3 at maxed settings with no FPS dropping. But now it's starting to drop frames as well is other games like Evolve Stage 2. I'm new to this so this could be a very simple problem that I don't know how to fix. Thanks.
