Need some information about graphics cards gaming computer builder

I'm buying a laptop in a couple of days. I had no clue about anything graphics related until a couple of days ago. So what I'm getting in my budget is AMD Radeon R5 M430 2GB DDR3 dedicated graphics teamed with i5 6th generation and a RAM of 4GB which I will probably expand to 8GB. Not buying it for gaming. So should I stick to AMD or look for Nvidia 940mx?
