Microsoft office reversion gaming computer builder

When I bought my laptop I got office 2013 and bought the licence, fast forword a year I took a computer concept class that required me to use a office 2016 trial that has now expired. since it has replaced office 2013 I can't use office right now and to need to for a class for papers ect. How do I switch back to 2013 or do I have get a new license
