Graphics lag on my pc, went away for a weekend and it was fine before. gaming computer builder

Hi all, hoping for some help.

I built my pc 2 years ago, i'm at work at the moment so i dont have the exact specs but it has 8gb ram, i5 processor(not sure which 1) and a gtx 560 graphics card (i believe), which i know is not the best but it was fine for overwatch/LoL and other simple games i play.

I went away for the weekend and since i got back it has been lagging graphically on all games, stuttering all over the place.

So far i have tried a full factory reset, cleaning for a dust, temperature test on gpu (28-30degrees) checked all fans working (they are), update all drivers, unplugged my second screen and a few other bits which are redundant after i factory reset so not worth mentioning.

My best guess is that my gpu is on the way out. any suggestions?
