Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware? gaming computer builder

Not sure if correct sub, please delete if it is, but I was just running Witcher 3 on my laptop (ASUS ROG G750JS) with NO prior problems at all ever since I got it. I recently had my laptop factory reset too, until a while ago when I literally just moved my laptop a little bit forwards (I tilted it a little cause it got caught by the rubber) my screen was turning greenish (like pixelating), the frames lagged, and then I got blue screened. What gives? I just moved it really quickly then the error popped up on the bottom right of my screen.

I ran DDU and reinstalled my NVIDIA drivers too, but to no avail. What else can I do to solve this?
