Amd r9 280 fans grinding gaming computer builder

The fans for my AMD R9 280 are grinding on the support arm underneath them. I assume it is because the bearing is going out and is allowing more movement at high-speed. I can take the whole thing apart and shave the fan blades down or the arms. I am wondering though if there is an easier solution let me know guys thank you
