Hi Reddit! Recently I built a PC with a friend and yesterday it was working properly. We installed Windows 7 home premium and then upgraded to Windows 10 pro. After I had upgraded I downloaded firefox, discord, steam, and the blizzard client. I restarted my PC and it got into a reboot cycle of turning on for about 20 seconds and it would shut off and redo that same sequence over and over. At the time I thought it was a power supply problem and took out the graphics card. Same sequence happened. I called my friend and he said he would help out the next day. He came over the next day with another power supply, we installed it checked it, and it kept doing a loop. We started moving around ram into different slots, reset the CMOS battery, reinstalled my power supply and still nothing. We tried 1 ram at a time and we got it to stay on, but no display and no power to usbs. I had my granddad come over with one of his friends and we installed the speaker and got 5 long beeps.
