wtf happened to my mouse gaming computer builder

today i boot up my pc and the auxiliar buttons on my mouse are messed up, the scrolling wheel now when u press it you mute all sounds and one of the side buttons opens vlc/windows media player https://i.gyazo.com/c326450972b8d25558f5a87b44fb5deb.png

i looked at the mouse driver settings and it was as allways, how can i disable this functions?
