Needing help with a desktop computer! gaming computer builder

I seen an Asus desktop pc on sale today for $600 CAD at best buy. the specs are: Intel I5 processor, 2tb hdd, 8gb ram, intel hd 630 graphics, windows 10. Is this a good buy? Or would it be cheaper to build something similar to this myself?
