Weirdest power problem yet?! gaming computer builder

Hey guys

So i had my beloved gaming PC for over 2 months now, and it faced absolutely no problems. Everything was running as smooth as a baby's butt.

Until i moved houses 5 days ago. This is when everything turned to hell....

I unpacked my PC, connected all the cables, but when i pressed the power button, it switched on for a few seconds then went dead, as well as gave me an electric shock when i touched the case. I thought that i maybe didnt properly connect the power cable so i gave it a few wiggles, but the same thing happened when i switched on the PC. Depressed and tired, i went to sleep.

Woke up the next day, still the same problem. Unplugged everything and re-plugged the cables, same problem. Opened the case, made sure that no cable is loose, closed it, still the same problem. Called my tech friend, he advised me to reset the motherboard (remove the tiny battery then put it back). I did that, and the PC actually worked. Connected a screen and a keyboard, checked the BIOS to see if there are any damaged parts, and everything seemed wonderful. Switched off the PC, connected all other stuff, switched it on again, and we are back to the same problem.

Spent all the next day trying to fix the PC. I gave up and went to a nearby computer shop, he literally just pressed the power button and that son of a **** worked! I went back home confused and plugged the cables in and it worked! Plugged all the cables, did the cable management, restarted the PC a couple of times to see if the problem is still there, but it wasnt, i even watched a movie (Memento, a great movie btw). Switched it off and went to bed.

The next morning the PC was facing the same problem, switching on for a few seconds then going dead with a click sound, however it wasnt giving me electric shocks anymore.

So, what the hell? I tried everything. I thought that maybe the problem was in the room's power socket, but i tired a coupe of different ones in the apartment and the problem still persisted. Changed the power cable thinking that something in it might be damaged, but the problem was still there. I called the maintenance guy for the building, but he was practically useless as he said that the problem wasnt from their side.

The specs are: MSI GTX 1060 6gb 12gb RAM i5 4430 Asus motherboard (forgot the name, if it is important i can find it later) Cooler master hyper evo 212 Corsair CX 650W non modular power supply Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-ALPHA Mid-Tower Gaming Case

I really dont know what to do, and at this point i am desperate and really need any help, any feedback would be appreciated!

Btw, the green light on the motherbaord was alight, meaning it was getting power.

Thanks guys!
