Unsure why everything is downloading so slowly gaming computer builder

I didn't use to have problems with download speed and speedtest.net is still saying I should be getting 50mb/s.

However, whenever I download something off of steam, or update something through battle.net, I rarely get more than 4mb/s

Anybody know what could be up?
