Trying to clean up my drives, ran into an interesting little problem gaming computer builder

So I've been cleaning out my drives trying to get my PC to run a bit better, but I found that each of my drives are harboring a pretty big amount of data and have nothing to show for it.

As you can see, there's around 70 GB of unknown data on my C: drive, and around 300 GB of unknown data on my E: drive. I've tried enabling hidden files and clearing temp files, but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated!
