Problems after factory reset gaming computer builder

So basically i did a factory reset on my laptop (MSI GP60 2QE Leopard). No problems, until i tried to play a game. My fps is way lower than it was before the reset. I play with the same settings and there are no weird programs running on the background or something. Does somebody know what could be the reason for my lower fps? Thanks
