Is it possible for me to purchase a legit Windows 7 license key online? gaming computer builder

Sites advertising this look sort of shady.

Ebay requires I wait to have a disc (I don't even have an optical drive) or something physical mailed to me. Seller also states it must be installed from disc?

All of them seem to be OEM. Not my preference, but better than nothing. If anyone knows where to get a full/not OEM key, I would prefer that.

Premium, Pro, or Ultimate. Not Home.
