I believe my computer is stuck in sleepmode gaming computer builder

Everything on my PC works fine, I hear the fans etc etc.

Only thing is my mouse and Keyboard dont seem to be active and my Monitor (tested different ones) is in standby mode when starting the pc.

The motherboard aswell as the Power adapter are brand new and compatible.

RAM and CPU/GPU are fine aswell.

I really dont know what to do anymore, did someone have a similar issue? How did you fix it?
