High memory and disk usage gaming computer builder

Recently my computer has seem to be deteriorating, booting up my computer and any applications is progressively taking more time.

I have also noticed that when google chrome is open my memory usage in task manager is at a constant 50-60%.

Lastly, whenever I am in-game (PUBG, Overwatch) my memory and disk usage (in task manager) spike up to 95-100%.
