Was back at my parents house, and my brother complained about fps drops in typical games (csgo, league..and so on). Decided to upgrade the GPU (from GTX 680 to GTX 1060). Though he still complains about the same fps drops.
He has a 120hz monitor, so i expect stable 120fps, but drops down to 70-80 at times. ...do i have a bottleneck somewhere? or is there something wrong software wise?

- CPU: Intel Core i7-3770k Ivy Brudge - Box
- NEW GPU: GTX 1060
