Any cheap half-height PCIe x4 WiFi Adapters? gaming computer builder

I just got a dell optiplex 390 and it only supports half-height single slot cards, it only has PCIe x16 and PCIe x4 slots, the x16 slot is taken by GT 1030 Leaving the x4 slot, The only wireless card i could find that fit that form factor was on the dell website and cost $70 (which i'm not going to buy) i have like $20, if there aren't any cheap ones i can just get one of the full sized cards that looks small enough and take an angle grinder to it.
