Sometimes, black/white lines are flickering on my monitor. Help? gaming computer builder

Idk if it's gpu related or cable/monitor related. I don't think it happens when i'm not gaming tho.

I have the AMD R9 290x, and a kinda simple samsung monitor, not some high end shit. I7 cpu btw.

So.. What should i do now? Drivers updated.
