Alright, so basically for some reason (ever since I built my pc) the fan has been going insane. 1800RPM Chasis 2 in Bios, can't turn it down, can't seem to lower it in anyway, the PC Temp is onlt 29C and to top it off it's consistent so it's not even like my PC is over working to warrant a fan giving off 1800RPM, all the other fans in my PC run at a nice silent 800RPM and can be toned down in the Bios.
For the life of me I can't think of why it is like this or how to turn it down? The fan is so loud it drives me crazy, which is confusing because the reviews online about the fan constantly praise it's silence. I was tempted to just buy a new fan, but what if it has the same problem seeing as this is a good fan review wise.
Any ideas?
