My MSi GE62 6QD notebook has a popup virus gaming computer builder

I cant seem to get rid of it no matter what I do. Ive tried the F3 recovery multiple times but I guess i'm doing something wrong. I dont know how to make a backup. I cant even use my computer because of the virus. Please help!! I dont know what to call the virus but it keeps generating popup screens that are labeled in the task manager as "Satterfield"
