Internet help gaming computer builder

Cant connect internet to laptop but other devices will connect. Connection image has the little yellow triangle, connection is made but IPv4, IPv6 have no internet connection. Have reinstalled driver, reset ip, and reset modem. Avast anti virus was blocking, turned it off and restored default firewall settings. Accepted the connection as safe but still no internet
