Inspirom 547S wont boot up gaming computer builder

I have an Inspiron 537s that won't boot up. Light comes on and it turns white, the normal color when it starts.

It keeps making a clicking noise. Can't be the hard drive because I upgraded that to a SSD. I also upgraded the video card about 2 years ago.

Any ideas?
