I need help gaming computer builder

My powerstrip is under my desk and I try to be super careful but today I finally kicked it. My computer turned off so I turned it back on and it won't start up. It gets stuck on the screen where you can go into the BIOS and then my cpu over heats. No idea what's going on or what's messed up. Pls help me
