How much mobo / CPU do I really need gaming computer builder

So I'm in he market to build my new pc. And I'm trying to figure out how much CPU and mobo I really need. My pc will be mainly gaming in 1080p( dota2. Wow. And destiny 2 ). And streaming occasionally. I want an ryzen processor. And 1 gpu. 1x m.2 drive 1 ssd and 1x hdd. I'll be doing slight over clocking. But still gonna be 24/7 stable. So I'm trying to figure out how many lanes I'm gonna need and sata ports. To keep everything running as fast they can. Without bottle necking anything. Any advice would be appreciated.
