[HELP]hdmi mobo show blank screen on linux and windows, but not in hackintosh gaming computer builder

so i have a problem with my pc, i use IGP Intel HD 530, i5-6500, and MSI B250M PRO VDH. if i use windows without install intel driver, my hdmi can show output, but when i install intel graphic driver, it show me blank screen. it also happend on linux, even it just FD bootable. but, on BIOS and Hackintosh, my hdmi output is fine, i can play 4K video. why this is happend ? sorry for my bad english.
