Clone partition: BIOS_RVY to another hard drive for recovery gaming computer builder

I'm trying to copy the BIOS_RVY partition from my old hardrive so that I can clone it to my USB where I can then recover my old data. I've used the program 'AOEMI Partition Assistant' to clone the partition over - however it seems to be working until 96% and then stops and resets my USB's partitions to 'unallocated.' I'm not sure if it is not working as this is the BIOS_RVY and not some standard partition containing folders and data? Any help would be appreciated!
