What cpu preset should I use on OBS. gaming computer builder

Hi guys, I dont know what the cpu preset on OBS does. It has veryfast, ultrafast,fast,slow, ect. I am building a computer next friday and I can give out any specs nessecary. I would like it to not be ,laggy but have good quality. The processor I'm getting is the i5-6600 @ 3.30ghz http://ark.intel.com/products/88188/Intel-Core-i5-6600-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz ( Note: It is NOT the 6600k processor that you can overclock, just the 6600)
