My keyboard is malfunctioning gaming computer builder

Every couple of days my keyboard starts pressing buttons on its own.

its presses a range of buttons, all letters, directional arrows, console its button, pg up pg down. the most interesting of all is that a few months ago I downloaded dirt rally, and now occasionally my key board types in, just like regular typing, "dirt rally". i've restarted of course i've resetted, unplugged, all that shit.

I', really just looking for a solution from someone who has had this before because It's pretty specific.
