Lenovo ThinkPad Comparison gaming computer builder

Hey quick question. I'm going to be an MBA student and am curious what are the key things to look for when comparing these two computers? And where is it worth it / not worth it to spend a little more to have the computer be better? (mostly will be using for Excel, etc)

Thanks a ton!!
