"Error: Can't create pool" Anyone know a workaround this? gaming computer builder

I just completed a new build desktop pc. I have a 250 g SSD and 3-3TB HDDs. I want to use storage spaces in place of RAID to mirror two drives for my photography.

So, I start to create a pool and storage space, but I get this error message of "Can't Create the Pool". Also, at the same time I do this it deletes the HDD drives that I check from under 'my pc'.

Anyone know why it's doing this and how to remove this obstacle?
