Help w/ HDD and Fans Customization in Prebuilt PC gaming computer builder

On cyberpowerpc, I am almost done completing my cpu but I have three questions. 1) For a 2tb hard drive, there is a basic SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM, and a Western Digital Caviar Black version for $70 more. Would this upgrade benefit performance much? 2) I should put SSD on Primary Hard Drive and HDD on secondary, correct? 3) Should I upgrade from basic fans to the Corsair AF120 Performance Fan for $40? I already have a Corsair Hydro Series H110i 280mm Liquid CPU Cooling System.
