Help - my PC won't restart, only shutdown. gaming computer builder

When I try to reset via Start->Reset system report process normally but just screen signal cut off main unit (box) still work. Only interrupt via physical button helps. I propably wouldn't have problem with that but it blocks system updates to install (double restart required - button interrupt cause fail of the installation). My system: * Motherboard: Gigabyte P35-S3G (BIOS) * OS: Windows 10 (on linux no problem with restart) Any ideas?
