Help! gaming computer builder

I'm not sure if my graphics card is setup right? I'm using the pc atm to write this... It's an asus advance cp 2 or something like that... I go to my device manager and my display adapters just says Intel(R) HD Graphics Shouldn't it say the name of the graphics card? I have no idea what I'm doing...Please help
