Computer stops booting up new programs after a while. gaming computer builder

   If I'm on my computer for long enough, it stops booting up programs. I haven't yet figured out if it's connected to being on for too long or if it's from being idle for too long, because it happens in both situtations. I've gotten lucky, and it didn't happen for around 2 months, but it's suddenly came back. I'd also like to point out, that it started happening the day I started using my graphics tablet again. I can tell when it's broken though, because the Windows Anti-Virus symbol in the bottom right corner will disappear if you hover over it. Anyway, I think that's all the symptoms, please help me r/computers!
